Tri-Community Ambulance Service, Inc. began in 1956 as the Sanborn-Pekin Ambulance Service; a 100% volunteer ambulance service founded with one mission in mind....to help those in need at a moment's notice. For the past 65 years Tri-Community Ambulance remains 100% volunteer.  

Tri-Community Ambulance Service serves the residents of the Bergholz, Pekin, Sanborn and Saint Johnsburg fire districts, which are in the towns of Cambria, Lewiston, Wheatfield and the Tuscarora Indian Reservation. Tri-Community Ambulance Service, Inc. does NOT receive any taxpayer dollars to ensure continued operations of our company. Tri-Community does charge a nominal fee and receive insurance reimbursements for services; but we are always looking for further financial support to help us continue reinvest into our community. Insurance reimbursements can fluctuate; as can our operational expenses.

While we are always looking for new recruits to help us, it is not the only way for you to provide help and assistance to us. 

Tri-Community is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
