Tri-Community is a 100% volunteer ambulance service proudly serving the residents of the Bergholz, Pekin, Sanborn and St. Johnsburg fire districts . We are a NYS Paramedic level agency.

Tri-Community responds to many types of incidents. Call types include, but are not limited to: medical calls in the home, medical calls in the workplace, Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA's), Hazmat EMS Support and patient transport, EMS support at structural fire calls, EMS support and transport at Mass Casualty Incidents (MCI), and much more!
Tri-Community is a community based emergency services company that responds to emergency 911 calls. Tri-Community does not schedule or handle inter-facility transfers.
In addition to responding to emergency calls within our response area, Tri-Community hosts routine training sessions for our responders as well as attending training and drills with our local fire companies. Tri-Community also provides medical standby support to our local fire companies and special events sponsored by schools, colleges, and other non-profit organizations.
Our fleet currently consists of 3 ALS ambulances and 1 ALS Flycar.
