Social media has gone nuts in our district! A local farm has planted a crop of sunflowers, and social media has fallen in love with it, sparking hundreds of people to stop and take photos!
Our crews this past evening decided to be part of the internet craze!

Tri-Community has officially taken offline our BBP training site with Safe Response and have transitioned over to VFIS for BBP online training.
Every new recruit must complete the BBP training to come into compliance, and every current member must take a recert class in BBP each year.

It is a topic that we never want to think about, nor want to ever happen. But, in 1999 this became a reality in Columbine, and since that date there have been more incidents.
As an EMS organization, we must train and prepare for the worst.

The entire State of New York has been placed under a state of emergency by Governor Cuomo. Weather conditions were expected to worsen between Monday into Tuesday nights, with the bulk of the storm hitting on Tuesday. The storm watches and warnings continue on until Wednesday and Thursday before being lifted and the weather advisories ending.

Tri-Community is honored to have received notice from the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority that our proposal has been approved!

It has been a busy day for Tri-Community responders. We have had equipment on the street since 10am between 4 seperate calls.
One call, with Bergholz Fire, was for a fatal MVA. Our thoughts and prayers for all involved.
