New Member Orientation Homepage
Welcome to Tri-Community Ambulance Service! You are joining a proud history of giving back to others in their time of need! To ensure our new members are properly trained and prepared for responses, we require the following to be completed prior to your first scheduled duty shift:
- ICS-100 (self-paced/online)
- NIMS-700 (self-paced/online)
- Bloodborne Pathogens (self-paced/online)
- HIPAA (self-paced/online)
- New Member Orientation Meeting (in-person)
- For Certified personnel, click here for required documentation needed to meet WREMAC requirements.
To help get you online more efficiently, we will split the new member orientation into "classroom" segments and "self-paced/online" learning segments. The "self-paced/online" learning segments will be the above noted courses, and will be completed on your own time. Copies of your certificates will be required prior to beginning your first shift. Please note, you can begin completing these requirements anytime, you do not have to attend the New Member Orientation meeting first! If you have these completed prior to the meeting, please bring the documents and certificates with you to the meeting!
We have launched our "New Member Orientation" homepage to act as a landing page for your training requirements. Please take the time to review the course links and reference documents to guide you through the training. Should you have any questions, please contact your new member orientation representative or an officer of the company!
Being placed online as a responder is just the very first step in a very rewarding service to others. Never stop learning! We understand it may be a lot to take in all at once. We have attempted to remedy this by creating our New Member Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page. Should you have any concerns or questions about our company and operations, you now can review this page in addition to talking with other members and officers of the company! As always, our officers and members remain dedicated in helping you, our fellow responder!
