"100 Lives in 100 Days Campaign"

Tri-Community Ambulance Service, Inc. in conjunction with our co-sponsor Action CPR, LLC. have teamed up for a "100 Lives in 100 Days" campaign aimed at educating the public on CPR and AED skills that are vital to the successful outcome of someone in cardiac arrest.
According to the American Heart Association, "an American dies every 38 seconds from cardiovascular disease". According to the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation, "cardiac arrest is witnessed by a bystander in 38.7% of cases" and "bystander-witnessed cases had a 31.4% survival rate" compared to "a 10.6% survival rate" for those who did not have bystander assistance prior to EMS arrival.
During our campaign we are looking to potentially change the outcome for those in sudden cardiac arrest. There is plenty of data that supports bystander CPR and AED deployment prior to Fire and EMS services arrival. The sooner CPR can be initiated, the better outcome patients may have!
Tri-Community Ambulance Service, Inc., along with our co-sponsor Action CPR, LLC, are hosting this campaign. This event is FREE OF CHARGE to those who attend. We simply need your time to learn a skill that may save a life someday!
